We were pleased to host the first official networking event of the European Business Association (European Chamber of Commerce) in Los Angeles, marking an important milestone in establishing a strong platform for European–U.S. business cooperation on the West Coast.
The event brought together representatives of EU Member State consular offices, including Belgium, Finland, Austria, Canada and others as well as Business France and Advantage Austria, alongside other partner organizations active in international trade and investment promotion.
A special role in the event was played by EU Member State chambers from Latvia, Belgium, Poland, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic, reflecting a spirit of coordination, cooperation, and a united European business presence in the United States.
We were honored to welcome Dan O’Brien, Mayor of Culver City, and Christine Patterson Senior Director of International Trade & Investment (City of Los Angeles Mayor Bass’s Office), highlighting the importance of close collaboration between public authorities and the business community.
The event also gathered representatives of European and American companies, creating valuable opportunities for dialogue, networking, and future partnerships.
This first gathering marks the beginning of a growing community, and we look forward to strengthening transatlantic business ties through continued engagement in Los Angeles.
